I recently installed this app and love the features so far. The customer service was super supportive, I was having trouble placing the" email when available" pop up near the out of stock button as it wasn't displaying properly and after I contacted the customer service the developers quickly sorted that out for me that day. This app will help me keep track of what customers are wanting back in stock and I can't wait! Super excited to see the benefits of this. I like how easy it is to use so far!
This rating ONLY applies to the FREE version. Very suitable functionality for free version and excellent customer service - BiS was not working with the theme my site uses (Testament) and the BiS team went in and made some back end changes in my account or to the version running to ensure working functionality on my site. I didn't expect them to do this given my site uses the free version but they did, very impressed. I may, at a later date, upgrade to a paid version as there is much greater functionality that comes with the paid versions that would be helpful onsite, but the free version is a great starting point for a shop like mine. Would certainly recommend this app to other small shops with out of stock issues like mine.

Very simple and easy to set up, I had an issue with placement of the button and customer service helped me out and took care of it immediately - very pleased!
I have just started using this app, so I’m not super familiar with it yet...but their customer service/support is awesome! They have been very fast at responding and answering all my questions. So far...I love it! I have it set up for a craft box I’m going to be launching and I’m able to get an email list going on the page, which will be very helpful when I go live with the product.
Amazing customer service - received an email just minutes after sending one and resolved my problem right away! Love the customization features and so great to see what my customers want us to bring back in stock. 10/10 recommend

This is a great app to collect emails when a product is out of stock. I like the way it sends an automatic alert as soon as inventory is replenished. It's definitely driving revenue without effort. A++!
This app is honestly awesome not only because of what it does which is super useful for us (constantly on preorder) but also because of how amazing the support is. I had an issue with the klayvio integration and they helped me fix it in a very smooth and kind way
