WATI also streamlined our order confirmations, so we’re no longer chasing manual follow-ups. Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.

WATI stopped us from leaving money on the table with abandoned carts. The lift in conversions was visible right away. Some features of the app works but help is non existent they dont respond and when they do it is to ask for generic pics at 2am in the morning when no one is up and then it goes on. Ive been waiting days with no help. Extremley poor service and support. If i could give 0 stars i would

WATI did the heavy lifting for our abandoned carts, and the conversion rates actually moved. Order confirmations aren't a manual grind anymore; they just run. It also finally brought some sanity to our database. Segmenting is simple now, not a mess.
I started using this app and set up was very easy, also app seems very good and how it has already started reaching out to my abandoned checkouts and order confirmations, its a must have!!
