On the backend, data management is finally simple. Customer segmentation, which used to feel overwhelming, is now clear and easy to handle. WATI also streamlined our order confirmations, so we’re no longer chasing manual follow-ups. Most importantly, it helped us recover revenue we were losing from abandoned carts, and we saw the lift in conversions almost immediately.
Never recommend with them, worst support, Almost taking charges around lack still hidden charges. Trial Period for just 7 days, rather to use Kwik at least have better support, faster resolution.
WATI stopped us from leaving money on the table with abandoned carts. The lift in conversions was visible right away. It also sorted out our order confirmations, so we aren't chasing manual tasks anymore.
