The app has no support system in place, it's just emails giving you useless updates. We unfortunately subscribed to the annual plan and it's been a very bad experience using WATI.
I hope we get our money back or someone could atleast come on a call and help us set things us.
Anyway, can't recommend an app with such poor support

Excellent experience with WATI! The integration with our Shopify store is seamless, and the WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned Cart features have helped us increase customer engagement and recover more sales. We use Wati’s WhatsApp API to handle order updates, automate responses, and run sales campaigns directly from WhatsApp. The integration with Shopify makes it super easy to track and message customers right after checkout, and the automation saves us hours every day.
