So far this is a solid 3. I'll start with the good.

I'm primarily selling the MacBook covers. It's a unique product that can appeal to a broad audience depending on your designs. Per FB, roughly 58M people are using MacBooks. You should be able to carve out a niche and design to that sub-market.

The template was good and I felt the interface to apply my design was more than adequate. Very easy to use, especially if you correctly sized your design image. The default mockups during product creation are good and they offer additional PSD templates for more mockups.

One downside, the newest MacBooks are not supported (i.e. My girlfriend's new Macbook).

The unique product, the design / creation interface, and supporting mockups are all very good. They lose one star on this section because my girlfriend is annoyed at me. She wanted her dog on her MacBook. That leaves them with 4-stars for this section.

So far I have experienced similar shipping delays and tracking number problems. You will not receive a fake tracking number as information will show up a few days after getting your initial tracking notification. That will certainly confuse my customers. Until then it looks like as it has no data (i.e. fake).

Once the data arrives its not very helpful. My sample order from Nov 13th still shows last activity of initial hand-off to shipper as of Nov 21st. No movement and it hasn't arrived as of Dec 2nd. With the holiday, I'm still within the 2-week window so they get the benefit of the doubt. I'll be home from business travel in 4-days and I hope its there.

Customer service has been very friendly and marginally helpful so far. It seems they do not have direct access to production or shipping data. I envision them having separate text windows with the manufacturers trying to get updates. My inquiry of the original sample order took a couple days to get confirmation that it shipped even though no update via tracking number. Apparently, my order is in a shipping container somewhere at sea per support. Again, home on Friday. Fingers crossed.

A lesson from my old days doing crisis management, no information is worse than bad news. Most people can work with bad news. You can make adjustments, new plans, etc. No news, is typically very bad news.

If they have issues and they know it, make a statement and tell us your plan for resolving it. Do follow-ups with progress reports.

Shipping so far is a 2 at best, but it may increase if the item arrives this week.

Since I haven't actually received the product, I cannot review its quality.

For the products WC Fulfillment offers I would give 5 stars, also the tutorials and free designs are 5 stars worth. I needed to give 3 stars for the support team, they are friendly and trying to be helpfull. But it seems they don't have a clue what is happening, you have to ask every day again about the issue, the only answer you get is sorry, be patient, no worries... If a customer has to wait for days to get an answer, that is unacceptable and hurts our bussines.

Unfortunately I can't use WC Fulfillment any longer. I sold a few hundred phone cases mainly as just cross-sells last couple months for my main products. The experience was okay for a while until Q4 hit, and I noticed there was a serious problem.

Phone cases sitting in production for 10-15 days is completely unacceptable. I understand that it's a "partner factory" in the USA and there's not much anyone behind the screens at WC can do about it. However, and this is the big issue. I started fulfilling my phone cases with a different POD app, which turned out to be sourcing these phone cases from the same exact factory. The orders were being fulfilled in 5-6 days with the other app, I did not have one order go over 7 days. So this leads me to believe that there is an issue in the backend of WC that isn't being addressed where either orders are being lost/missed/etc, I don't know what is, but it's not good.

Also, the shipping prices are nonsense for the phone cases. It doesn't cost $6 to ship 2 phone cases or $9 to ship 3 phone cases inside the USA, when coming from Herkimer NY. There is a price break on multiple units in one shipment with USPS, and WC is just pocketing it. This isn't something I experienced to a high degree, but it's enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Support replies immediately and is always very friendly. Unfortunately, there aren't too helpful beyond canceling an order. You just get the scripted lines to stall you until hopefully your issue resolves itself, we know the drill.

Our store has pretty decent volume, but I wasn't a big WC seller. I didn't have a whole lot of trust in the app and I'm glad I never got involved with the products that were coming out of China. All of my orders with WC are going to end up arriving by Christmas, so I'll give 3 stars. The app needs some serious work though or else it's not going to survive. I'm not saying that to trash the app, I say it as constructive criticism.

For the time being, I'm done with WC. Maybe in the future I'll give it another try.

Pros: High profit margins, decent quality, well created and easy app, good customer service, good Facebook group. Nate seems like a good guy and I appreciate how he responds to most of our comments.

Cons: Poor shipping time (30 days), package ships from China and has Chinese on it, phone cases do not have camera hole in it. Facebook group gets defensive when questioning the products. Makes it difficult to get legitimate answers.

Overall: You'll make money off these products but you may risk hurting the trust of your customer base. Not recommended for people who own serious brand. Will increase my ratings if I see some changes.

Good Products, Good Customer Service. WORST way to issue invoices and orders. Will Never Use Again, As Entrepreneurs we need to pay the moment the order comes in not at 5 am or 5 pm that day its 2020 not 1990.
