We have been using Weintegrate since June of 2022 and have been very pleased with the consistency and accuracy of transactions syncing to QBO. The team at Weintegrate has continued to make updates which make it even easier to sync, incorporating new features, some small, but making a big difference. Glad we found Weintegrate, getting ready to add a second store to sync!

If I could give this company more than five stars, I would the customer service they provide with any questions or issues you run into is hands-down, the best I’ve ever received. I initially installed this app and got overwhelmed and decided not to finish it. It was the personal call from Marc and offering to help me set this up and keep it going. Awesome customer service! I signed up and got stuck in the setting up, decided to tackle it later (probably would not have happened...). Marc called me to welcome me and help out with the setting up (I would not have known how to fix my quickbooks without his help). This integration app is INCREDIBLE! I was using the generic Shopify to QuickBooks integration and it was awful. I may never get my 2023 Q4 sales tax liability into Quickbooks correctly but as of 1/1/2024 (when I set up) I won't have that problem again!
I did a bunch of research to find a better option and when I came across We Integrate and almost immediately found their "how-to guides," my search was over.
We Integrate, as of fall 2023, allows you to use all sales tax info from Shopify to keep from having few penny variances on each order. I choose to have each order import independently as a sales receipt and each sales receipt in QuickBooks looks EXACTLY as if I had manually input it myself. Couldn’t be happier (or less stressed out)!!

I love We Integrate! It saves me so much time and is accurate and quick. The set up is so easy. The attention to detail and back office analytics are fantastic.
