WeIntegrate: QuickBooks Sync

The integration provided by Weintegrate and the accompanying customer service were outstanding. We've been using WeIntegrate for QBO since May 2023. We have been very pleased with their service and willingness to help quickly. When we signed up for the free trial, we were contacted the same day to see how they could help. And since then, we are able to contact them with any questions and they help very quickly. We recently switched to Weintegrate from a brief stint with A2X. We wanted a solution that allowed us to capture all our data in QBO, not just summarized journal entries. After we signed up, we were amazed how quickly support reached out to see if we needed any help. They went above and beyond to help us get some of our historical data in that we held up in A2X. They were extremely responsive and worked with us to quickly complete the task at hand. It is nice to work with a company that understands the importance of customer service.

Awesome customer service! I signed up and got stuck in the setting up, decided to tackle it later (probably would not have happened...). Marc called me to welcome me and help out with the setting up (I would not have known how to fix my quickbooks without his help). He had the patience of Job and got everything set up and working perfectly, I am super-impressed. It is easy to use and I look forward to working with WeIntegrate. I love We Integrate! It saves me so much time and is accurate and quick. The set up is so easy. The attention to detail and back office analytics are fantastic. As a bookkeeper with several clients, anywhere I can save myself and my team time is key. We are no longer bogged down with data entry (potentially riddled with human error). The software does all the heavy lifting. The WI team is extremely supportive and responsive if I ever have any questions. I highly recommend We Integrate to anyone who uses Shopify POS and QBO.

We have been using Weintegrate since June of 2022 and have been very pleased with the consistency and accuracy of transactions syncing to QBO. The team at Weintegrate has continued to make updates which make it even easier to sync, incorporating new features, some small, but making a big difference. Glad we found Weintegrate, getting ready to add a second store to sync!
