Marc made a lot of promises his programmer has no intention of keeping... I got to meet with Genady and be subjected to his condescending explanation of how difficult it was to integrate Shopify the way Marc promised, so they had to come up with some workarounds.

So far i love what this app can do, I do not have to think about it, the sales are in my QB within Min. The customer service is also great. I can't wait to see what else they have coming to make my life easier.

Marc and crew have been the best thing to happen to shopify and quickbooks online. Their customer service has made the program worth it. We had a few hiccups in the beginning however we worked through them and have figured out all of the kinks. It saves us hours of data entry.
