We really wanted this app to work for us, but it’s been a frustrating experience from the start. Basic functionality is unreliable — WhatsApp messages either don’t send, go to only a small percentage of our subscribers, or take over an hour for the included link to redirect users to our landing page. At one point, their own landing page domain expired, so our customers were sent to a broken link ...
