Update: I appreciate your reply but that does not help the fact that you are using a different domain to track my site than webb-stat.com so yes the ShopLock is doing its job blocking erroneous domains from copying and tracking without permission. If you stated on your app that you are using a different domain I could have added it to the permissions in ShopLock. Instead on the busiest day of the year (BF) you app was keeping my store from loading therefor we lost sales. So there really is no reason I would reconsider my review as it affected us on a Holiday Sale Day in a year that we were already struggling as a small business. I did contact your support but you did not respond until 2 days later. We use ShopLock to protect our property from the thieves that are out to steal our content and images daily.
Update: your app was not loading and I tracked it back to your server. My webpages would not fully load. There is no way you looked at your app working on my website today as I uninstalled it. Then my pages started loading super fast. Might want to check with your hosting company. Keeping my website from loading pages on the busiest sales day of the year. This is crazy.

I respectfully disagree with you about Shoplock. There is no acceptable configuration where Shoplock should cause your site to crash. EVEN if our domain is unrecognized by them, it should block silently without affecting your website. It did not. It interfered with another app on your page, causing the site to become unresponsive. THEY are the ones who took the action that blocked your site, not us.
You mentioned writing to us: I checked our support logs and I can find no records of any support request coming from your email. We typically respond within a few hours, so we would like to investigate your comment about us taking two days to answer. Could you contact us at shopify@web-stat.com and tell us what email you wrote from?
Finally, please know that we are a small business too. You can see from this conversation that we care about the service we provide. Your comments and rating are hurting us. We genuinely think that they are undeserved and we would like the chance to have a direct conversation about it. Please write back at shopify@web-stat.com and I will get back to you right away.

Issue identified.
I was able to get your URL from Shopify (I had indeed checked the wrong site.) The issue was not caused by Web-Stat but by your ShopLock app. ShopLock would wrongly identify Web-Stat as a threat, intercept our script and rewrite it in an attempt to block it. The rewriting caused JavaScript errors on the main thread which interfered with your site's loading.

The reviews are anonymous, so had to deduce your URL from the name of your company. It is possible that I checked the wrong site (also I checked the site on Saturday, not today). Would you be able to send the correct URL to helpdesk@webtrackingservices.com so that we can run some additional checks?
We have 350,000 users and no one is having any issues, also, as I was writing earlier the app loads in a separate threads. I could be wrong of course, but I don't think the problem you experienced was actually tied to our app.

Our app loads in a separate thread from the rest of your site, so it should not impact the overall loading time at all, even in the event of a malfunction on our end.
We will look into this as soon as we hear back and get to the bottom of it.
This app is very handy, it is simple and accurate. The data is well organized and it is super easy to optimize the conversation rate by the insights and dashboards.

I had been looking for an app like this for a long time, several I tried just did not suit or were very complicated to analyse the results. This app is excellent! So glad I found it and I have had no hesitation in choosing the paid for version - at under 5 dollars you can't really complain at that! The customer service is truly exceptional; I received a reply within minutes after emailing them and Olivier was very helpful and efficient. If you're looking for an app to analyse your visitor traffic in real time and lots of other information, go for this one - I give it 5 stars!

I needed to track where I was losing customers within the site navigation so I wanted to set up converter tracking.
