Thank you for your review. However, we need to clarify several factual inaccuracies that could mislead other merchants reading this.

Webrex does not edit theme code. Our app is an embedded Shopify app that generates JSON-LD structured data through Shopify's official Theme App Extension system. This is a standard, Shopify-approved method that adds schema markup to your pages without modifying a single line of your theme's source code.

Webrex does not remove, edit, or manage page titles. Page titles are controlled entirely by your Shopify theme and Shopify's built-in SEO fields.

Our app focuses exclusively on structured data (JSON-LD schema) — Product schema, Organization schema, Breadcrumbs, etc. We have no feature, process, or permission that would alter page titles, meta titles, or any visible on-page text.

When you uninstall our app, Shopify automatically removes all of our code. Embedded apps cannot leave residual code behind. If you're still seeing issues after uninstall, they are not from our app.

We reviewed our records and see you used the app for approximately 1 hour before posting this review. We would strongly encourage you to:

Check with Shopify support directly — they can confirm our app does not modify theme code or page titles

Review your theme's recent edit history in Shopify Admin → Themes → Edit Code to identify the actual source of any changes

This is clearly stated in our product positioning. If your use case requires custom code-based schema control, we are not the right fit, and that's a positioning question — not a product flaw.

✅ FAQ creation per product — On our Pro plan, we offer FAQ bulk import, exactly the workflow you're describing. This feature is available today.

✅ "App as manual click process" — Webrex's foundational schemas (Product, Breadcrumb, Organization, Variant) are 100% automatic with zero configuration. Manual setup applies only to FAQ and Video schema, which require curated content per page — a requirement set by Google itself, not by Webrex.
