We have had a good experience so far! The only downside is the email quota; we have to contact support whenever we hit the limit. Regardless, we still gave it 5 stars, the app is great and has one of the best support, plus it is completely free!
Outstanding service, highly recommend this app for sure. They even help you install to theme if there is a issue.

The app is neutral, just installed it, so won’t complain much about it. But maybe later on the future I’ll come back to rewrite my statement, who knows.
