I was having an issue with the app that I couldn't figure out. I requested help with the issue and the response (so quick in responding) I received was outstanding. Webtex was so helpful and understanding of my limited experience with such things. They were able to get in and fix my issue (I didn't have a button turned off...ugh). The team found it, easy peasy!

Excelente app! la verdad antes había probado con otras, incluso de pago y no funcionaban bien... En webtex todo es sencillo y luce increíble en la tienda, además el equipo detrás responde de inmediato ante cualquier problema, este punto es el que más me agrada, ya que cuando empiezas todo es un poco caos y que exista un buen trato y respuesta de la app es maravilloso. Me ayudaron a solucionar un problema en menos de 24 horas. La recomiendo totalmente para tu tienda online!!!
I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Webtex Product Reviews. I love that it's free, of course! There are some great features, all of which are customizable. My shopify theme does not support Shopify 2.0, so I couldn't get the stars and review widgets to work with a simple "click" in my product template. Vitali at Webtex went above and beyond to go into my liquid templates and manually code in the widgets. Thank you so very much!

The app doesn't publish to my website. So my customers cant leave a review

I've only just started using Webtex, but it seems to work very well - straightforward to get working, does everything I expected, has lots of ways to customize... plus its free!
Normally I would use a product for a bit longer before posting a review, but what makes me confident that it deserves 5 stars is the amazing customer service! I had a question about it, and the response was super quick and warm - they genuinely seemed to want to help as best as they could.
