I cannot think of another self-insured warranty app. Unlike other apps that i've used, which are still great depending on your situation, WeClaim lets me keep the profit.
I installed the WeClaim app for Shopify with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. First and foremost, the app advertises itself as "free to install," but there's a significant catch - additional charges may apply. This misleading advertising sets a negative tone from the start.
However, the most frustrating aspect of my experience with WeClaim has been the abysmal customer service. I initially reached out for assistance on 28, June 2023, and since then, I've been on a wild goose chase for support. Their response time has been shockingly slow, with some replies taking an eternity or coming with excuses like being on a "backpacking trip." While it's perfectly acceptable for team members to have personal time off, it's entirely unprofessional to let customer queries go unanswered for such extended periods.
My last interaction with them was on 24, September 2023, which revolved around obtaining a "Collaborator code." They directed me to find it in the "Users and Permissions" section, but there have been no updates or assistance provided since. It's disheartening to see such a lack of commitment to helping users navigate their app effectively.
In conclusion, WeClaim's poor customer service and misleading advertising have left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience. I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values efficient support and transparency in pricing. It's essential for businesses to uphold their promises and provide responsive customer service, but WeClaim seems to be falling short in both of these crucial areas.

My sincerest apologies for not being communicative on June 5th, I was out of the country, and since I run this app alone, I have no excuse for the poor communication.
In our most recent communication (June 28th) I took your collaborator code and requested access to your store. This was necessary to install the upsell. I did not hear back from you and the app was uninstalled, so the collaboration request was declined and I was unable to add the upsell.
If you are willing, I would be honored if you would be willing to re-download the app for me to re-earn your business. I understand this is an unusual request since you have already had two poor experiences, but please let me try one last time so your experience can mirror the other reviewers.

Quite a new app by the looks, without many reviews yet, but don't let this put you off! The app is well made and does exactly what it's advertised to do. A perfect way to integrate self managed warranties for my store, to offer customers extra peace of mind, whilst hopefully also increasing my overall sales.
Furthermore, customer service is excellent! Matija responded to all of my questions and concerns quickly, integrated it into my store, made some custom tweaks for me and all with great communication. What more can you ask for!?
