I was wondering what would be a good mark to give to WFF.
I can't say anything else but confirm other reviews about the fact that WFF understands perfectly what has to be customer service. WFF is somehow a startup trying to set up many features and to creates improvements on any possible problems. There is a lot of employees that are constantly there to solve all the lacks I ever got with the tools WFF provides us.
The main and biggest problem with them which is the same for A LOT of chinese companies, is that they have lacks in English, and it's sometimes truly painful to make them understand what the exact problem is.
However, it doesn't change anything about the fact that Still (the CEO) knows perfectly how reviews on their tools are important, and he always makes sure that we customers, come back with all the problems we have to solve them asap to make sure no one else will ever have this same problem ever.
That's a truely good company.
