Great app and great support !

Though pricy this gives an easy way to get translations out there. TIp: be sure to exclude reviews from translation to remain in control over the word count

I have to say that I'm a tad disappointed with weglot. There's a few things that frustrate me. 1) the pricing. It's expensive compared with other similar apps 2) the support. Every month we seem to go over our word count. We've tried removing languages. But we've just launched a new theme and within days it says we're almost exceeding our translations. So something's not right? Support isn't very good at explaining. I'm thinking of looking elsewhere

The support team is amazing !! two times I had some issues they fixed it very fast, first time I had help from Remy who did a great job and second time I was so disappointed with my problem, didn't knew what to do to solve it and Alexis solved all my problems ! weglot is defo worth it and I'm gonna use it much more for future websites ! Service answers very fast and is very helpful, but there are also a lot of self help options if you have a problem with certain things

Just what you need!

Took a bit of time to learn and understand it but now I think this is a great app to use, so recommend it!
I had a few issues and asked Customer service on email and not only did I get a reply within 15 minutes (which is unheard of), the help was clear and focused, I felt like I was a valued customer which meant alot. Alexis from customer service was fantastic!!

Let me start; these guys are thieves! We canceled, uninstalled, had support cancel, and they keep charging us over and over. My bank will not help. Instead, they want us to cancel the card when these thieves keep charging us. Be warned they are in it for the money and not the support. Also, the translation is mostly lazy and have to be redone by a professional. Every since BERT, Google knows what authentic translations look like.
