Perfect functionality and quick reply and support.
I decided to update my negative review after the negative experience i had with one of Weglot support member. The matter was addressed by the management who reach out to me within 24h in friendly polite way, My technical problem (excluding content from being auto translate) still exist but I hope Weglot will be able to solve it.
Alexis was very helpful guiding us through Shopify.
The information that was provided was accurate and detailed.
Great app for translation. Their support team is also super quick in responding to inquiries and helping you with translation errors (missing translations, coding, formatting, etc.). Highly recommended!
Support team is responsive, the app takes sometime to get set up as machine translation is not perfect so you either have to translate everything yourself or pay for it which is to be expected anyways!
I look forward to seeing if this app brings more international customers to our stores!

Had my wish list fulfilled in handling model names to be excluded from translation and few other tailored translations. Concise and replied on the same day, thank you Alexis.
Customer support is great. The app works well and Guillaume helped me so much to understand its functionality.

I like the app, just had some trouble starting it, not knowing that I had to go through the pages to have them translated... And to install the app, I had this roaming page about installation... It lasted several days like this, not knowing what to do.
