Traduce tu tienda web ‑ Weglot

We have had a couple of challenges with adjustments to the app and have reached out to Weglot multiple times. The feedback is always very quick and we have gotten great quality support from Jeremy every time!

Hands down one of the best apps we have. 10 points for ease of use and design. 10 points from their customer service (especially Baptiste). We downloaded the app to and easily began fine tuning the automatically translated text. We needed help getting the app to witch the main drop down menu and some other dynamic elements. Once we messaged the support team, we were contacted by Baptiste with everything was fixed before hand! So the emails we wrote back to Baptiste were just thank you emails for helping us out (no need to go back and forth to fix our request). Superb service!

I use this app to translate our shop from German to English. It works very well. I had some issues with the translation of dynamic content from 3rd party apps but the support was very helpful and helped me to configure it correctly. It is rather on the expensive side though.

After a lot of research of which translation app to use for expanding our sales internationally and offering our customers a site translated in English (we have Swedish as original language) the choice fell on Weglot. The functionality, AI/automatic translations, translations in iFrames made possible and the best and most important thing we couldn't even know before taking the plunge - the amazing support we have received by the support team, in particular the help of Alexis has been invalueable. Very happy to recommend this app to everyone who is looking for a great translation app for their Shopify store.

I'm a new user since 2 days. I have heard many times about weglot but was always told that the price was expensive. I am working on various international projects. I must say translations has a direct impact on sales.
I know the translation is also a very expensive and long work. And this is why I was really impressed by the quality and the speed of the Weglot software motor. In only few minutes I was able to set up my account and change the languages box position on the site. It looks like magic I have to say. But of course, the big point is the ability to customize the translation. Last but not least, the technical support seems to be great. In only few hours, the support was able to transfer the translations history from one account to another. I am only a started but already happy to be a Weglot user.. Awesome customer service! With the help of their customer service I was able to translate everything, even the things that I was not able to like the product images of Woocommerce. Thanks a lot!
