As the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing at Tupperware, I was tasked with transitioning our translation projects to a new admin, and Guillaume's support made the process seamless. Je suis vraiment ravi de cette application de traduction ! Tout est au top, que ce soit le produit ou le service. Les traductions automatiques sont d'une précision impressionnante, et la technologie derrière est vraiment pointue.

De plus, le service client est exceptionnel. Ils sont toujours disponibles et prêts à résoudre n'importe quel problème rapidement et efficacement. La fonctionnalité d'IA pour recopier automatiquement les traductions sur tout le site est un véritable atout qui facilite la vie.

Je recommande vivement cette application à tous ceux qui ont besoin de traductions de qualité !

I almost put 4 stars because of the price. But my website in english is ranking after translating in DE and FR and is very worth it for me. Plus the customer service is very very good.

The app is easy to install and to use. Our plan got upgraded automatically once we reached the words limit, so now it is quite pricey for us. Unfortunately we're on the annual plan and can't cancel easily. We had a problem with the language switcher on mobile, but the support team was very helpful and quick in fixing it. Thanks and 5 stars for that.

Weglot works brilliantly and the quality of the translation is very good.

On top of that, the support is excellent. I have always received very good solutions in a very short response time. Most of the time, the adjustments were not only explained but already carried out.

UPDATE - MY WORST IN FIVE YEARS OF SHOPIFY

The app does not work with shopify markets, I advertise for nothing, the site is not stable and the check out broken most of the time because of weglot.
The customers service says it works.
If I could put less than 1 star I would do it. Minus 100 stars.
Stop sending useless emails, contact me to build a real solution.
That crap for 400 euros / month ??????

Worked well the first time. Stopped because expensive.
Reinstalled and then a nightmare began.
Super low level customer service just copy pasting helplessly the instruction of the website.
DISAPPOINTING for such a budget !

Weglot has been my go-to translation solution for over 5 years. I would have given it 0 stars if that were possible. This app was recommended by an agency, but they clearly haven’t used it much. Translating our mega menu is impossible. The default translations are catastrophic, Google Translate does a better job. And when you need to make changes, it’s only word by word. In short, don’t waste your time or your money.
