Incredible product, translated my entire website into 3 languages in a matter of minutes! There were some small things to fix, but Fanny from support answered all of my questions right away, and fixed everything until my website was 100% perfect.
Weglot is the best translation app for my shopify store.
The default language of my store is Arabic, and i wanted to expand my reach to all people who speaks English.
I installed weglot to my store, but i faces some issues in the alignment of the store's content and some other elements.
It required some coding which I'm not perfect at.
I asked for assistance from weglot customer support and one of their genius people assisted me and she was so patient to solve each and every issue in my store.
I should mention her name, she is Fanny.

Nathanaël is a perfect customer service assistant. He solved all problems when I was struggling with the language switcher. I highly recommend this app and him.
We're using this app for an online store, it works well and support is really helpful with quick response to emails.
The staff have been extremely responsive and helpful in guiding me through working out different issues! Sometimes there might be some coding issues (as we all know Shopify is a bit complicated), but they are always willing to provide different alternatives :)

The app start pushing you to increase plan constantly even if you don't put anything new translated words increase. Rather than this is not comfortable to put manual translation because is necessary to check and correct some translation.

Do you need further help? I went ahead and did a word count of your site, and it seems you have a total number of Words: 300,501. You can see that this is not a question of Weglot trying to make you upgrade but more a question of the total number of words you have that surpasses your current plan.
