Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

Since I am not a technical person, I didn’t know how to perform the system updates. Although I was generally satisfied with Weglot’s translation service, I was almost going to cancel the system since I got stuck with error messages. However, thanks to the clear instructions from Nahomy at the help desk, which I could easily understand, I was able to make all the updates and get it working smoothly. It’s great to have a good working system, but receiving fast and needs-based technical support... that’s amazing! Thank to Weglot and Nahomy in person:)

Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot.

Weglot is the perfect solution for us. On the one hand, the translations are really very good, and on the other, the setup is also suitable for beginners. If problems arise, the really competent support is very quick to help solve the problem. Languages ​​can be added or removed quickly. Likewise, all parts of the website can be easily translated without any programming knowledge. We have already tested other solutions, but have clearly decided on Weglot. I will be honest and say that, in the beginning, I found this app quite complicated and kept going back to more simple apps from competitors only to get massively frustrated by their lack of functionality. So, in the end, I took some time to read the massive amount of documentation that Weglot provide (including videos) and bring myself up to speed and I have not been disappointed - this app is the only one on the market that has such capabilities (trust me, I tried them all). And then, when I am unable to proceed (due to my own limited skills) the support team are just outstanding - quick and so helpful, I really haven't had an experience like this. My store is now totally translated into EN, FR and NL perfectly - thanks, Weglot.

App was working well even though setup is not easy if you have a complicated local structure. Suddenly something broke in the DNS. Our site went down for over 48 hours and the Support Team were exceptionally poor. We have moved away from the app which was a great idea but expensive in the end and unreliable.
