I find this app very easy to use for someone like me, who is not IT oriented and does not have any technical background. It is easy to get familiar with the app and how it works.
I needed help with special issues and dynamic content and I have to say the support at Weglot is probably the best I have ever encountered! Thank you Nathalie, you have literally been a lifesaver! They reply quickly and with very easy to understand guidelines.

I went through a few different apps in Shopify before trying Weglot, and it has been a game changer now that I found this! There are a lot of useful features and it's easy to use, with very fair pricing. I also had a few questions for their customer support, and they are top notch as well. It's always good knowing you have someone reliable to reach out to if needed. Overall, great app and great experience so far, I highly recommend Weglot.

So far so good! Easy app to install and use. Used it to have our english site translated to greek language (most sections manually). Love the visual editor, although not everything can be translated (e.g. cart and payment pages etc.). With little customizations in the Shopify language section, you can have a nice overall solution. Already used customer support -contacted by Guillaume- and I am quite pleased from the quick response and solution to my problems. Recommended.

We are selling in Europe and a multilingual store is essential in the different Euro countries. We switched from another app to Weglot and never regretted it. It is easy to handle, even the automatic translations are of a high quality. Weglot est une super app ! L'intégration a traduit rapidement notre boutique en ligne en plusieurs langues. Le tableau de bord est assez intuitif et le support linguistique complet le rendent convivial. Ce qu'on a beaucoup apprécié, c'est le service client très réactif et compétent. Les mises à jour en temps réel et l'optimisation SEO ajoutent la touche finale parfaite. Seul reproche le tarif est un peu élevé, mais c'est game-changer pour toute boutique Shopify visant un public mondial.

Been using this app for years, but we decided eventually to uninstall it. The app is extremely expensive in comparison with much more modern apps that offer 5 to 10 times more languages and words in much less price. Very limited in regards to deep machine translations. The support/company's management seems to be careless to respond, if they ever responded at all.
