The free trial is not a free trial. You download, you get charged for a month even after 1h of use when you discover that it doesn't work. Thank you Weglot for stealing me 22$.

We are sorry you feel this way but there is indeed a free trial so we are not sure what you are speaking of. You have 10 days free and then if you have less than 2k words, it remains free. If not, your translations are paused. You only wrote to us and said " I don't understand how it works" which we then answered offering help. You did not respond. So this is a situation where we can help you use the app and not a matter of it not working. ABOUT THE CHARGE: there is no way we can charge you unless you add your card on your own as the trial plan does not request a card. We didn't steal your money when you are then one who subscribed.
Excellent service. I had some bugs on my website after installing the app, but they were fixed in no time by Weglot's customer service.

The app does exactly what is advertised, and the customer service is beyond helpful.

If I had one gripe, it would be that the Portuguese language only has Brazilian Portuguese, with the Brazilian flag as an option, but that is so common across so many apps and products, that it needs to be considered nitpicking.

THE WEGLOT TEAM
Basically i went to editing and translated everything myself. Machine translated all text wrong, i had to correct everything. What was confusing is that in the editor pages didn't came up at the same time. So next day i had more things to edit. Imagine if customer see all that poor translation.
I want to give huge kudos, to the Weglot support team. Adding a new language to your WEB page can be quite a challenge, but your support team is really responsive and very professional! Also replied to any question or doubt we might had.

Easy and fast to use and very good support. Only downside is it doesn't do notification emails. Again, brillaint support!
