Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

The app works great and the customer support is just as great! Very happy to continue using Weglot on my website.

I've been using this app for around a year now and only recently really understand just how powerful it is.

The machine translations are often incorrect, which is to be expected but overall it's a really smart app that has helped me grow sales significantly.

Here's what I love most:
Ease of manual editing of translations
Rules to apply to the whole site (do not translate rule is vital for brand names and terms that just don't make any sense in the local language)
SEO on all translated languages
The translated feed that drives my search marketing based on the end users device settings
Customer service! I like to test and change things a lot, all requests are picked up and carried out within a day

I'm currently on the Pro plan but now need Enterprise, which is quite a big jump cost wise but I wouldn't get half as much elsewhere.

I really couldn't have scaled my sales so significantly without this app, super happy!

Very good app. My case was a bit difficult, because I created the whole site with third party page builder, and i had no problems. Some minor issues that I had, their support helped me immediately!

A great tool with great support behind. We've updated our theme and had some trouble with the location of the language switcher. Contacted support which replied very fast and helped with all our needs.

It's good application ! When u have a little question the support answer less than 10 mins !
They fixed my problem rapidly and now i can start my business ads in USA

The app is amazing, easy to use and install. But what really blew my mind was the customer service. I have been working for myself for 8 months and Weglot (specifically Alexis) has the best customer service BY FAR I have ever seen. Completely hassle free. Actionable easy to understand steps for an hreflang issue I have been trying to find answers for weeks. Friendly, she WANTED to help I could tell. What an awesome experience all around. Totally recommend this app, there are good people behind it.

There is no perfect translation app on the market but that app is to me the best one as it allows you to have your store translated in multiple languages in 1' which is awesome - translations aren't perfect in some cases but it's more than enough to start selling in many countries - if needed, you can always customise them - support team is very professional and they respond quickly ! well done :)
