I am giving 5 stars to Christophe and the team. They did everything I wanted just the way I wanted it, very professional. They answered all of my questions in no time. I think that this is the best support I have ever received for an app!

Awesome app. Very quick translating. Of course, you want to run over the text to make it your own, but only slight adjustments need to be made. Great and proactive customer service. (Needed to know how to have newly added pages translated. - great support.)

I have been using this app for a while and now I will be uninstalling it. It basically doesn't work well and it translates only partially. It also adds strange characters to the translation lists, increasing your word count so that you have to upgrade to a bigger plan. Customer support doesn't respond to any support requests.

UPDATE: I have received an email from Karina which blames me for not being happy with the app and leaving a bad review. She says, and I quote, "I wanted to know why you did not contact us directly and instead left this review?" So there is nothing wrong with the app and I have to be happy with it. Also, she chases me only 6 hours later saying "I wanted to follow up on the below message and see if you remove the review." Karina, I had contacted you twice through the webchat on the app, that's why. Your approach to feedback has been really terrible.

We are sorry you feel this way but asking you to contact us if you are having issues is not in any way blaming you. It is normal to ask a user to contact us if they do not understand certain aspects of how our app functions instead of leaving a negative review on issues that are actually fixable. So other users reading this understand that your issues were resolvable:

Here is the answer to your statements:

-We have responded to all your messages; the last one being in December. There were NO unanswered messages from our team.

-The reason your site is not translating completely is that you are over the limit of your plan and not the app not functioning.

-Can you give me an example of strange characters?
Also, we do not have some mechanism that randomly adds characters to your site to scam you. We are a reputable company and wish to remain that way. We translate everything that is in your source code.

The team is OK, but it took us almost 3 weeks to make it somehow work.
Half the text we had to translate manually, which was not an issue. The biggest problem was that half the text we couldn't find at all, and couldn't translate. Then we had to contact their helpdek. It was lots of back and forth.

Great app! very easy to use and configure, it makes a first translation quite accurate, works smoothly and the customer service is amazing.

I wrote an email for help about a translation that didn't work on 1 dynamic element. Very good help from customer service, very fast and effective, thank you for your help

Didn't like the app at all - seemed to charge for more words that I actually have on my website and so difficult to exclude content from being translated. Didn't like the interface. But good customer service though

We are sorry you feel this way but we are not quite sure the context of your review as we could have helped you with excluding the content by just writing us a message.

​We also do not charge more words than are actually on the site as that would not only be counter-intuitive but a scam that goes against our company mission.
​​You have 100% transparency of what is translated on your Translation List which you can even sort by URL or creation date.
​This means words and SEO meta that you are not counting as this is in your HTML source code.

Update: the pricing of the app is outrageous. We're paying 49 Euro for automatic translation to ONE language. Which already seems too much. But they claim that we reached the allowed word count and the next plan is 150 EAURO a month. WHAAAAT?!
50 euro a month for ONE language + half of the site is not being translated since we reached their allowed word count limit... For me - that's a bad app.
Searching for alternatives.

Used different translate app but this is the most efficient one! Moreover as soon I asked for an help they replied and fix my problem after 2 minutes! Thank you!

Even I have uninstall the app, the button (which is not functional anymore) still keep appearing on the website, don't know how to get rid of it!
