This app clearly exceeds my expectations. It's doesn't impact your website's performances (in terms of speed), the translations are very accurate even for very specific colloquial expressions.
And the customer support is very available, and always gives the answers in record time!
In my opinion, Weglot translate is really a must-have for any international Shopify shop.
I tried several apps and this one is the best by far. And their customer support service is amazing.
I am still on a trial mode, but for sure will upgrade, as already needed the support and it was very prompt. I had only two languages so far from portugese to english and it sounds perfect ;) I recommend!
Weglot does what it says, easy translations that you can modify yourself. I found the customer service very helpful. I had them fix a title that wasn’t translating automatically and they promptly solved the issue. Great app- would recommend!
Definitely the best help service i've received since i joined shopify. The app is really intuitive and easy to be use. But don't worry if you are in trouble with something you just need to write an email and the help service will help you in the best way. A special thanks to Marie.
