the app is not working properly, I have paid for Pro license and I am dissapointed with the customer support received
WEBSITE DELETED!! DONT USE THIS! I deleted the Weglot app on my 8-figure store and my ENTIRE WEBSITE was deleted. I lost over $100K+ because of this APP. DON'T USE THIS APP! WEGLOT WILL DELETE YOUR WEBSITE

First of all, thank you for taking the time to write a review on Shopify.
It seems that Weglot deleted only the project in your Weglot account. This doesn't affect your website, only the translation.
Indeed, after three months of complete inactivity with Weglot, i.e. without any API request to Weglot, the project is automatically soft-deleted as you can see in our terms by following the link below
https://www.weglot.com/terms
I've restored the project, and all your translations are findable in your project.
I've also sent you, in an email, a backup of all the translations present in your project.

About the leftover code, note that now Weglot is able to remove all its code related to the Shopify API automatically.
For older integrations, a manual action can be required, and you'll find the process in the documentation below

Often bug for the price translation. NOT recommended at all! Very stupid app

I noticed that you experienced an issue with the prices on the translated version, and the undesired behavior has been fixed now.
The issue was related to the fact that the price was contained in a block with another text and the element was translated.

Does not translate the checkout page anymore since Shopify rolled out the One page checkout. Did not even bother notify the customers about it. No solutions found, team useless. Now the checkout page displays in French for all our worldwide customers. Great !

Been using this app for years, but we decided eventually to uninstall it. The app is extremely expensive in comparison with much more modern apps that offer 5 to 10 times more languages and words in much less price. Very limited in regards to deep machine translations. The support/company's management seems to be careless to respond, if they ever responded at all.

The “Variable” feature (See => https://support.weglot.com/article/302-how-can-i-add-variables-to-my-translations) and propose variable suggestion to help you optimize your translations and save translation credits.
