Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

Max from customer service help me during the Labor Day to fix some issues with dynamic elements to be translated. He was very kind and give me some good advices.

We needed to convert our existing US based website into a Japan based website. We came across Weglot and found it had very favorable reviews and the interface looked appealing. Our business counterpart in Japan has found this app to be very effective and easy to use. I have found that the support team is very fast to reply and very helpful. We use the Weglot app for our store and we are very satisfied with it. For now we are using one language and will be adding more in the future. The app also works with Shopify Markets in Beta version - ask support for details. Support is amazingly fast and helped us resolve all problems we had.

I recently started using the Weglot app and, honestly, while the technology itself is impressive, it was the human touch in their support that truly won me over. Mr. Jeremy from their team was an absolute gem. When I was struggling with styling the language switcher, he stepped in, guiding me patiently through each step. According to Shopify, some how the App was the source of an issue I was having with the "proceed to checkout" option.
I contacted weglot via email in the late night, I woke up with a response and request which I granted and the issue was resolved within minutes. Awesome Service.
