The app is easy to install and to use. Our plan got upgraded automatically once we reached the words limit, so now it is quite pricey for us. Unfortunately we're on the annual plan and can't cancel easily. We had a problem with the language switcher on mobile, but the support team was very helpful and quick in fixing it. Thanks and 5 stars for that.
I work with Weglot now for around half a year and the experience is very pleasing! Especially accurate translation are in our business sector very important and Weglot delivers! I would like to highlight also the excellent support!!
I've been using Weglot to translate my Shopify website, and the experience has been excellent. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive when I faced a minor issue with the Quick View in a new theme. They resolved it quickly, and everything works perfectly now. The quality of translation is quite good and requires significantly less manual translation compared to shopify free app.
