The app seems to be decent (4 stars), but the support is so bad that I can not give more than 2 stars in total. It's impossible to even get through to them. They're displayed as online, but when you send a message, they will never respond and after a few minutes, the chat will be closed due to inactivity. Do they want me to send a message every few minutes even though the support didn't even respond yet?? Not recommended at all!

Nice plugin. Cost doesn't matter as long as they do good things.
I had a good support manager who helped me quickly solve all the problems.
