Before i was using app like onepixel or the native pixel of shopify but they only tracked 70% like, wetracked it's at another level also the support it's very reactive and fast to give out support!

I've been using WeTracked for my brand and honestly the tracking has never been this accurate before. Across all the platforms we run ads on, the data consistency and attribution are much more reliable compared to other tools we tested in the past.

What I also really appreciate is the support team. They are extremely responsive, whenever you send a message, they reply very quickly and actually try to help instead of giving generic answers.

For example, I initially subscribed to the $150/month plan, but a few days later I realized I needed to pause my ads for a month and switch to a full resell strategy with my call center. I contacted their team and they immediately downgraded my plan and refunded $100 without any issue. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare.

Wetracked is the best tracking app we’ve used so far. We tested the native Shopify Meta integration, but it captured only around 40% of purchases compared to Shopify, which is very low. We also tried Stape, but a bug broke our tracking completely, and we tested several other well-known tracking apps as well. In our case, Wetracked performed the best.

Currently, Meta is able to see and attribute around 60–70% of our purchases, even though roughly 80% of our traffic comes from iOS devices. For us, that’s a significant improvement and makes the tool worth it.

Wetracked does send fewer events to Meta (for example, it doesn’t send Search or AddPaymentInfo), and EMQ for standard events is around 6, while Purchase is consistently 9+. However, this hasn’t been an issue. It focuses on sending only the most important events, and as a result, Meta is able to track and attribute significantly more of our actual orders.

Definitely meaningfully improves purchase attribution and is a must have. Pays for itself easily. Customer service is brilliant, they reply within a minute 24/7 and are always very helpful.

What an app, in terms of pricing vs performance, it’s easily the best tracking solution I’ve used so far. On higher volumes I consistently get around 85–90% accuracy, which is huge. Setup is super simple, everything is clearly explained, even for beginners, you’re up and running fast.

But what really stands out is the support.

I rarely even have issues, but whenever I need help, they reply insanely fast, always clearly, always accurately. I’ve spoken with several different agents and every single one of them was great. That level of consistency is rare.

Overall: powerful tracking, very fair pricing, super easy to use, and genuinely top-tier support.
