Loyoly has been the answer to our prayers!
We managed to adapt the app to help accompany our Affiliate program.
This was outside of the apps capabilities at the time.
But with a few suggestions, Loyoly made it happen!

Une très bonne application qui permet réellement de fidéliser ses clients et d'apporter des solutions concrètes.
Les équipes sont très réactives, le Chat répond sous 5/10mins avec toujours une réponse à nos questions !
Farah qui m'accompagne au quotidien, est très calée sur son sujet et m'apporte à chaque rdv mensuel un petit conseil qui fait la différence !

Nous utilisons Loyoly pour notre programme de fidélité, et nous en sommes ravis ! L’interface est super intuitive, les fonctionnalités sont complètes, et l’équipe est toujours disponible pour nous accompagner et nous aider sur nos différentes problématiques ( Site Headless).
Malgré une cible médicale et plutôt difficile à atteindre, nos clients sont réceptifs au programme ! Grâce à Loyoly, nous avons pu leur offrir une expérience unique.
