The app is excellent overall — very easy to use, well-integrated, and great for managing fulfillment and tracking. However, I’ve noticed that one of my products shows as sold out on my Shopify store even though stock should be available. I’ve reached out to support to clarify the reasoning and appreciate their help while this is being sorted.

I’ve only used WFU for a short period of time however so far the integration was seamless and super easy to set up. The support is very welcoming and responsive to questions. I look forward to when there is more products in the kids and baby range.
