This app is Good but There is a big problem on their app since many days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.

Your idea is brilliant. but the app is not working properly.
its not senting messages to all buyers.
Sometimes its not senting messages, sometimes its only sent images not text.
I hope you will maintance the app more updated and smooth experience in coming days.

The app works well most of the time but since last month it stops sending messages, which negatively affects our brand communication.
Please fix this inconsistency.

my whatsapp business got restricted after using this twice! so didnt work for me. the plugin worked well but only for few days

i only sent 2 messages but it show that i have used five messages

I want to send whatsapp messages when the order was delivered, in order to get reviews for the products!

Everything was going well, but all of the sudden I got restricted 3 times. Asked support for some help and seems that they do not care. Super unprofessional, they don't reply and if they do, they give a vague response. I used to like this app, but looks like they don't want to satisfy their customers... what a shame
