Why confirmation is not sent to costumer from this app in some orders
hi we are facing an issue with the linked devices , which is automatically disconnecting from time to time , not reliable for sending rapid confirmation messages to the client .
Lo dejaré en 3 estrellas porque falta la opción de configurar los textos del botón de whatsapp en la página. El mensaje que viene por defecto es "We are here to assist you" y yo quería cambiarlo por un texto en español. pero no existe una opción para modificar ese texto. Me imagino que lo olvidaron.
It would be a 5-star review if they allowed sending both order notifications and confirmations. Currently, you can only enable one of these options—activating one automatically disables the other, and vice versa.
It's good in terms of price and functionality. But it produces errors in notifications or doesn't generate them at all. Approximately 20% of notifications aren't generated.
So far so good but there are lot of room for improvements. Ability to send test messages for each automation feature is very essential.
Everything was working fine initially, but the connection keeps dropping automatically now. It’s disrupting my work. Can you please check what's causing this and help resolve it?
