Excellent customer support! Had some questions during setup and the team responded within minutes. The app does exactly what it promises - automates WhatsApp notifications for orders, shipping updates, and more. Our customers love getting updates on WhatsApp instead of email. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This app has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged for a plan that didn’t even work, and when I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay a second time with a promise that the first payment would be refunded.

Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled.

I ended up being charged twice for a non-working service, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no refund and no proper resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Paying for something that doesn’t work is bad enough—but being misled into paying again with a false refund promise is unacceptable.

I strongly do NOT recommend this app to any Shopify store owner. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Recovered 12% of our abandoned carts in the first month! The WhatsApp reminders are way more effective than emails. Customers actually read and respond to WhatsApp messages. The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify and the automation works perfectly. Worth every penny for the cart recovery alone.
