I installed and activated Whatomation on Shopify for just 30 minutes, then they billed me for the entire month. When I requested a refund, they gave me a flimsy excuse and refused to credit me. This feels deceptive and unfair, especially since I only used the app for a brief period. As a healthcare-focused user, I expect transparent billing and prompt customer support, not ex post facto charges. Proceed with caution and consider alternatives that offer clear, prorated refunds or trial extensions.
