I also tried other whatsapp confirmation apps but this one is working fine and messages send to customers on time and helping me to manage orders easily, Customer support is also very good if you face any issues then they will help you in a google meeting to setup app settings..

Highly recommended for Shopify merchants. The app works exactly as expected, and the support team is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive.

I first installed the free version it was all fine, later to activate abandoned cart recovery I opted for Basic using their Whatsapp API but its a complete failure but to give it another try I switched to standard paying $15 it was all fine but all of a sudden the messages stopped going out when I checked with them they were trying to fix it but the wait TAT is too much and it just puts the business at risk.
