It has been great using WATI, very simple to use and setup chatbot and flows or run campaigns over WhatsApp.

we have used WATI for abandoned cart recovery and shipping notification to customers. we would strongly recommend everyone as this has helped us a lot communicating with the customers.

Platform is good.

We have been using this app for more than 1 year now - For sending order confirmation and COD confirmation messages. It works really well and we although we have some minor issues here and there, they were quickly resolved by their support on email.

I've tried many whatsapp api's, but so far, WATI has been the most robust tech i've ever tried.

Using their paid paid for a while now.all order confirmation and tracking codes are effectively sent through WATI. Overall a good experience
