I have been using the wati service for more than 3 months now, and I totally love it. The best part is cart abandonment recovery. We have seen close to 69% recovery in cart abandonment.
It truly makes our day to learn when our customers succeed.
That's our single biggest objective of our product.

We use this app together with the WATI (Whatsapp team inbox) to send automated messages to customers as well as the integrated live chat function. Jitesh and the team are very responsive to requests and any issues are addressed in a matter of hours. It would be great if in future versions they could build in an option to manually set how often the abandoned checkout messages get send to customers.

Ever since my store started using wati our rto% has gone down by 5% and there is also an overall increase in my sales from the abandoned cart flows. Our customer support has also has also become much more organised and easily tracked after using wati.
We love this app. We use WATI team collab app for our customer service and the shopify app is also great. It allows us to automate a lot of things. They have great customer service as well!

Unfortunately cannot access the console at all - stuck on an error screen that says 'Setting up Shopify into WATI...'
What is most frustrating is how difficult it is to talk to a human to get help.
Must say that this is one of the most evolved WhatsApp API platforms in the market! once you spend a little time on getting acclimatized to the platform, you would realize that it is quite easy, breezy

This App has really helped a lot with regards to automated responses from Shopify directly to WhatsApp. We have experienced a better link with our customers in that they get immediate feedback as well as an easy opportunity to give feedback to us. The best part of the service is their continued support and attention to solving issues we encounter as fast and to the best of their capabilities. Definitely worth it!

Was looking for a good app for customer retention and reach out. Found Wati at the right time, All the features are amazing. Especially the support, one of the best support systems I've seen for any service provider in a while.
It is a good app. Needs some understand tough. Need more detailed documentation for the best result.
