The WATI Business WhatsApp API has some great features, such as automated messaging. However, the main issue we've faced is the slow customer support. When problems arise, we need quick help, but the response times have been disappointing. While the platform works well overall, the lack of fast support means it doesn't fully meet our needs.

WhatsApp business ya no era suficiente para la cantidad de mensajes que recibiamos diariamente, y con Wati pudimos solucionar esto de una manera fácil e intuitiva. Definitivamente es una plataforma ideal para las personas que tenemos una tienda en Shopify y manejamos gran volumen de mensajes por WhatsApp. Saludos desde Colombia.
good platform, ideal for support and marketing both
Wati is useful for setting up automated playbooks and communicating with customers on Whatsapp. I don't like that I can't react to messages with emoji like I can on regular Whatsapp app. But otherwise it does the job for me.
