I've been using Wati since 2021, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The quick integration with Shopify and my CRM has really helped boost our abandoned cart conversions.
Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. There are plenty of options to tailor the chat flow, which is a huge plus!

A vital communication as well as engagement tool for beginners and small stores. This is priced fairly and extremely easy to setup. Customer service is also fairly good, there's a live chat option in their dashboard and you can reach out to them anytime and they will help you resolve your issues. I have been using this app for around 2 years in 2 of my stores, this is just plug and play. They already provide you basic templates which you can copy and customise to your will.

The only drawback we've encountered is with the Shiprocket integration for order status updates. It would be great if this aspect could be improved for smoother order tracking and updates. Despite this minor issue, WATI has been an excellent addition to our store, and we highly recommend it for any Shopify store looking to enhance their customer service via WhatsApp!
