Overall effective platform to connect all the customer in our most frequent usage of WhatsApp communication tools in Malaysia. Pro - Feature similarly to WhatsApp platform. 1. Good and efficient customer service. 2. Manage to link devices with computer using the WhatsApp Web. 3. Recent have been update more features with upgraded function such as assign more user to contact the same customer 4. Auto reply with template messages 5. Effective way to raise sales for retail line via Tele-Marketing concept while MCO period 6. Manage to grow sales/increase traffic to the offline Con - Found few bugs that could help works more efficiently 1. Unable to reply specific message 2. Only allow to work collaboratively rather allow salesperson to maintain their own portfolio of clients 3. Unable to have multiple channels such as Instagram, Facebook, email to respond in same platform to monitor the incoming messages
Amazing app, We use it with WATI CRM. Overnight our customer service became professional. We just hope to add a COD Confirmation in automatic messages, then it will be the perfect app for us

I have been using the wati service for more than 3 months now, and I totally love it. The best part is cart abandonment recovery. We have seen close to 69% recovery in cart abandonment.

We use this app together with the WATI (Whatsapp team inbox) to send automated messages to customers as well as the integrated live chat function. Jitesh and the team are very responsive to requests and any issues are addressed in a matter of hours. It would be great if in future versions they could build in an option to manually set how often the abandoned checkout messages get send to customers.

This App has really helped a lot with regards to automated responses from Shopify directly to WhatsApp. We have experienced a better link with our customers in that they get immediate feedback as well as an easy opportunity to give feedback to us.
