Wati Chatbot & Abandoned Cart has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. This comprehensive solution seamlessly integrates with WhatsApp, offering a robust platform for automated customer interactions and efficient abandoned cart recovery.
have been using it since last 6 months ,pathetic response from the support team , i am unable to recharge my account since last 2 weeks have written tens of mail seeking support however didn't get it .Till the time it is running fine it is ok ,once you encounter any issue don't expect any support that's the summary

We have been using WATI for almost 6 months now and have had the best experience in sending WhatsApp blasts to our customers. The tool also keeps updating and bringing really cool features. By far the best WhatsApp bulk messaging tool for shopify.
Our experience has been great with wati, however would have appreciated a single POC to resolve certain issues.
