Creating templates and chatbots is super straightforward thanks to Wati’s user-friendly interface. I love how you can preview templates while working in the backend, making the chatbot creation process smooth and customizable. A vital communication as well as engagement tool for beginners and small stores. This is priced fairly and extremely easy to setup. Customer service is also fairly good, there's a live chat option in their dashboard and you can reach out to them anytime and they will help you resolve your issues. I have been using this app for around 2 years in 2 of my stores, this is just plug and play. They already provide you basic templates which you can copy and customise to your will.
