Ever since my store started using wati our rto% has gone down by 5% and there is also an overall increase in my sales from the abandoned cart flows. Our customer support has also has also become much more organised and easily tracked after using wati.
Tech support is great, especially Sophia and Madhavan. They have pushed for fixes in their product after we raised the issue.
we tried to contact their support, one reply will come in hrs and then they will ask you to contact via email. Poor support
