We test quite a few apps as we're always trying to find the most efficient permutations and user friendly environment for our employees. Never have I experienced customer support like this.
Super fast, arranged a call on a weekend to solve an issue I had, and at the same time, professional. The app is elegant and easy-to-use.
You don't need any other WhatsApp chat widget, this is the one.

Exactly what we needed. An app that asks consumers to confirm COD orders and reminds them about their abandoned carts and not to mention you can add discounts with the messages. Perfectly designed and very easy to use.
Last but not the least, the support team is very quick and helps you with every query that you have.
so far so good, i can rate the app a 5 out of 5.though there are still some features that we require that they need to add.Otherwise the rest is awesome.Excellent customer service.Any time you need support agents are there to help

Great app and support. I especially appreciate that one can position the chat icon very precisely and exactly where one needs it. Fast loading time. Also the team is very responsive if one has questions.
