App utilissima per avere l'icona di whats app nello store e farsi contattare dai clienti su whats'app. Utilissima anche per recuperare carrelli abbandonati. Loro sono sempre disponibili, qualsiasi cambiamento di cui hai bisogno intervengono subito. Consiglio !

Easy to setup and awesome support.I have used this app for multiple stores and asked Sivaram to do some changes as well and he has always been super prompt. I am still on the free version and its good enough for a small store.

Also i would recommend you to work on order notification too. Like Once customer placed order, cancelled.. Keep doing great works

Firts time using this app I felt it was very simple and easy to manage. I could easily change the appearance of the icon on my store, create messages and save them... and the best: to see the abandoned carts in one of the guides on the top of the screen. I have tried different apps for chating... I have never being so satisfied with an chat/whatsapp app as I am now with this one.
