E' la seconda volta che devo confrontarmi con l'assistenza clienti di questa APP e devo dire che sono veloci ed esaurienti. Ho saputo che l'App è in sviluppo ulteriore anche se quanto fa oggi è già importante, e questo è importante perché significa che rimarrà al passo delle necessità del mercato. Parlando del canale WAPP non posso che consigliarla.

Amazing app and the support staff is easily reachable. Really helps a lot in cart recovery as sometimes the email is unavailable and in that scenario whatsapp message can help bring the customer back.

Very easy to use, it has the advantage that customers can be sent WhatsApp both in an automated way or send a message about their abandoned cart as many times as I want.
