I used this app to recover abandoned carts and I love it! I'm relatively new with the app, but I'm sure it's gonna help much in the future!

This app works very smooth, pinging customers who left the cart without checking out is very easy with this app, just 2 clicks literelly.

We have found the app easy for navigating around and the built-in functionality enables a direct contact with customers. The templates can all be customised so that the initial exchange makes the right impression. In addition, there was excellent support available to tailor the 'Contact Us' button so that it fitted perfectly with the page layout.
